Six services. Start with the books, add what you need as you grow. One firm the whole way up — you won't be handed to a stranger every quarter.
Service 01
The foundation everything else sits on. If the books are wrong, your tax return is wrong, your forecast is fiction, and your lender is looking at numbers you can't defend.
We close every month on a schedule, reconcile against source documents rather than assumptions, and hand you financials that hold up when someone external actually reads them.
Service 02
Tax season shouldn't be an event. When the books are current all year, filing is a formality — not three weeks of archaeology in April.
We prepare and file returns for the entity and the owners together, because they're one decision, not two. Planning happens during the year, when it can still change the outcome.
Service 03
Payroll is the one thing that has to be right every single time. People notice immediately, and so do the agencies.
We run it, file the returns behind it, and keep your registrations current in every state you employ someone — including the ones you didn't realize you'd triggered.
Service 04
At some point somebody external — a bank, an investor, a buyer, a bonding company — asks for statements prepared to a standard. That's a different artifact from the reports inside your accounting software.
We prepare them properly, and we'll tell you honestly which level of service the request actually calls for rather than selling you the most expensive one.
Service 05
Software will tell you what happened. It won't tell you whether to take the loan, what the new hire really costs, or whether your pricing is quietly losing you money on your best customers.
This is the conversation part — the one where someone who knows your numbers helps you decide something.
Service 06
Most messes aren't carelessness. They're what happens when a business outgrows the setup it started with and nobody had time to stop and fix it.
We untangle the history, set the software up the way it should have been, and leave you with something that won't break again at triple the size.
Most people aren't. That's what the first call is for — we'll tell you what you actually need, which is sometimes less than you think.
