Home / Privacy
This policy covers this website — what it collects, why, and what happens to it. It's deliberately short, because the site does very little.
The short version: the only information we collect is what you type into the contact form. We don't run analytics, we don't use tracking cookies, we don't have advertising pixels, and we don't sell or share anything with anyone for marketing purposes.
If you fill in the contact form on this site, we receive what you enter:
That's it. There are no other forms on this site.
If you email or call us instead, we have whatever you chose to tell us — the same as any other conversation.
Our hosting provider (Netlify) records standard server logs when a page is requested — things like IP address, browser type, and which page was loaded. This is ordinary web server behavior and we don't use these logs for marketing or profiling.
This site does not use Google Analytics or any other analytics service, advertising pixels, tracking cookies, or session recording.
To reply to you. That's the entire purpose.
If you become a client, we'll use your contact details to do the work you've hired us for and to communicate with you about it. If you don't become a client, we keep your message so we have context if you get back in touch, and for our own records.
We won't add you to a mailing list because you filled in the contact form. If we ever start a newsletter, you'd have to ask for it.
We use a small number of service providers to run this site and our email. They process information on our behalf:
We don't sell your information. We don't rent it, trade it, or hand it to advertisers or data brokers. We may disclose information if we're legally required to — a court order, a subpoena, or a regulatory obligation — and we'd resist anything overreaching.
This site sets no cookies of its own. There's no cookie banner because there's nothing to consent to.
Contact form submissions stay in our records unless you ask us to delete them. If you become a client, professional and regulatory rules govern how long we retain client records, and those requirements take precedence — meaning some information has to be kept even if you'd rather it weren't.
This site is served over HTTPS, so what you send through the contact form is encrypted in transit. Our providers maintain their own security measures.
We'll be straight with you: no website is perfectly secure, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something. Please don't send sensitive information through the contact form. Don't put your Social Security number, bank details, tax documents, or account credentials in that message box. If we work together, we'll set up a proper secure channel for that material.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — subject to the retention rules above. Email hello@summitcpapartners.com and we'll deal with it.
Depending on where you live, you may have specific legal rights over your personal information. We'll honor valid requests regardless of whether a particular law technically applies to us.
This site is for businesses. It isn't directed at children and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
If we link out to somewhere else, that site has its own policy and we're not responsible for it.
If this policy changes, the updated version goes here with a new date at the top. We won't quietly change it and hope you don't notice.
